  • Trial Period: For our services with trial periods, we offer a full refund if canceled within the specified trial duration.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with our service, we offer a refund within 10 days from the start of the service. Refunds will be prorated based on the sessions attended or used materials, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Processing of Refunds:

  • Any used or completed tutoring sessions are not eligible for a refund.
  • Study materials or resources accessed or downloaded during the service period are non-refundable.
